La Altagracia, RD.. The Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana hotel, of the AMR™ Collection hotel chain, carried out different activities, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility actions in favor of the surrounding communities.
A day of cleaning in the surroundings of the Macao Mangrove, delivery of food to the elderly, talks to students about saving water and activities with children of collaborators, were part of the actions of contribution to the social, economic and environmental improvement of the communities.
With the support of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, managers and collaborators of the Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana hotel, carried out a day of cleaning the mangrove flow of the Macao community, in order to protect the natural environment, removing waste and creating awareness of maintaining these marine-coastal ecosystems without pollution.
The day was headed by the general manager of the hotel, Ángel Julio Peña; the maintenance manager, José Quezada; the general manager of security, Mariano Montilla and operations assistant, Dilenia Cruz.
They were accompanied in the cleaning of the flow by the coordinator of the Ministry of Environment of the eastern zone, Yeralfi Arache and collaborators from different departments of the hotel.
